Bitalk Media is an online store for home-office and workplace furniture and desk accessories. The store is owned and operated by Bitalkmedia LLC, a company based in Richmond, Kentucky, United States.

What we sell

We focus on one thing: the workspace. Our catalog is limited to products people use at a desk every day:

• Desks & Tables – office and meeting desks for home offices, studios, and small businesses
• Office Chairs – task, meeting, and visitor seating
• Desk Accessories – desk mats and other items that keep a work surface organized and protected

We do not sell products outside these workspace categories.

Why workspace products

More people now work from home or in small offices, and many of them need a practical desk, a chair, and a few accessories without buying an entire office-furniture package. We started Bitalk Media to offer a small, focused range of workspace items with clear photos, measurements, materials, and prices shown before you buy, and with policies that are easy to find and read.

How our business works

• We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. We source our products from third-party suppliers.
• Fulfillment: Orders are processed, packed, and shipped by our authorized fulfillment partners from fulfillment centers located in the United States. We do not operate our own warehouse or showroom.
• Where we ship: We sell and ship only to addresses within the United States.
• Delivery: 2–3 business days of processing plus 4–8 business days in transit (6–11 business days total). Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
• Shipping cost: $5.95 standard shipping on orders under $99; free standard shipping on orders of $99 or more.
• Returns: 30 days from delivery. Returns go to our U.S. returns/fulfillment center – the return address is emailed to you with a Return Authorization (RMA) after your request is approved. Please do not mail returns to our business office.
